Front Row Centre Players SocietyCalgary's Premier Community Musical Theatre Company
Our Mission
Front Row Centre Players Society is a not-for-profit, charitable organization, dedicated to providing opportunities for everyone to learn all aspects of musical theatre and to provide the community with top quality entertainment.
Our Vision
An organization that is a driving force, enhancing the cultural environment of the community through the active promotion of musical theatre.

A Brief FRC HistoryIn the spring of 1987, the St. Giles Presbyterian Church Choir in Calgary presented a version of "Godspell". The production was very successful and inspired in the performers a desire to create a new musical theatre company.
Thus, in the fall of 1988, Front Row Centre Players Society was formed.
The first year included a production of "Jesus Christ Superstar" in the spring of 1989 and a fundraising show in the fall. Since then, FRC has gone on to produce some of the world's most popular musicals including Chicago, Guys and Dolls, Cabaret, The Sound of Music, Fiddler on the Roof, and The Music Man.
